Tru Trip 50's

Yep. They're big and they pull hard. If your boards don't pull hard enough it could be a challenge running more than two per side. They also pull hard enough to cause false release problems. I still need to use mine more to get the program fine tuned.

i see the lead lengths on there charts only go to 100ft.  Any one guess how deep a 150 lead length would get you?

I plotted the depth data (see chart below), and I don't think it's accurate. Their data shows the opposite of what one would expect in a dive curve. The dive rate increases from 70-100' of line out. Their data also doesn't show a bottoming out of the curve, which also makes it difficult to extrapolate a trend line. I would think that if the dive curve didn't bottom out somewhere close to 50' then they wouldn't be calling it a Tru-trip 50. My guess is that with 150' of line out you would be somewhere 55-60', but without more data, it's really just a shot in the dark.

Thanks guys.  I ordered some of them yesterday and hopefully get them sometime before this weekend.  Ill throw my fish hawk td on one and try to make a graph out of it. Weather permitting of course.  Ill share it with you guys.  thanks for the info.
