Lure painting

When I casting bucktails on the rocks, paint on the head is cracking and pilling because colliding with rocks.
There is a painting method that provides a flexible and strong coating?

    I don't think it leaves a flexible coating but powder painting is the way to go.  Bake the heads after painting as the directions tell you to.
