getting CRAZY

Well boyz tried to "go CRAZY' bout a week ago and still cannot do so. Even sent mail with noo answers- in case I messed up the app.

Should have known better, THIS is the best and ONLY place to be. Good folks, great communication and wonderful advice.
This has been my first and only forum experience and it has been a blast. Cant think of anything better to do when not 'out there' than talking to nice folks who are also waiting for their next trip and willing to share experiences and info.
It'll probably be a bit slim for a few weeks now cause fishing is slow but some of us still go to the river and try try try- even when the water is so low and warm it feels like a bathtub and the skeeters and snakes vie for places to bite ya.

Taking the zero tolerence rule to the extreme.

Guess with all those thousands of members they don't need any more.

Of course only a handful post any more, and that is to be the first to wish someone happy bithday. But once a member always a member, even if you want to be dropped from the list you aren't. Looks good with a huge number of members.

Going thru the long painful death it deserves.

I know (knew) each of the "Founding Fathers" of SC...
Believe me, they are a bunch of Schmucks (Congressman Weiner variety) who always thought they were above the rest of the hordes of commoners. Never once did they invite anyone to party, fish, or float along with them.Would never share the hotspots with anyone of their fellow NATION members.

The dirty little secret is the only place those guys catch fish is the Chokepoint at the Ball Park where they utilize the Texas Oil Rig Technique...
    THE ROCK is RESERVED.... LMFAO

Don't fret RT, Lil Salmon will get to you, about the time he makes his ONE THREAD per year PIMPING for Money for a Salmonfest Party which pays his site's bills..

Funny how a highly-paid Yuppie techno-geek that had instant-karma Salmon updates via SCTV, Twitter, yada, yada, took 4 months to REFUND $$ to guys that paid for hats - and never got them...

Me guesses he does not have the low-tech skills required to reach into his wallet and pay $ out...

They deserve a very slow death,

besides, they were never Man enough to hang at Happy Camp...

    RT:

another website that is worth its salt is MYFISHFINDER dot com..

The NY section has a bunch of great guys that share knowledge, hotspots, and are able to laugh at jokes and rib each other.
Snagger (who runs the Altmar Outfitters Lodge) is a great guy and probably the #1 expert on the SR always provides actual reports and conditions without the BS.

    p.s.

RT - you made me look...

SC is also a great place to buy a $500+ custom engraved Centerpin reel (that, in their minds) depreciate 80% if you get a scratch on it...

PT Barnum is a moderator over there...

    Hey Drake---thanks--
No they wont 'get to you' cause they got another e-mail telling them to take me OFF (if I was ever on)--didnt respond to that one either.
HEY is that the big rock guys stand on and lift the deep fast hole alongside and when they hook up the fish take them a half mile or so downstream through all that very rough water.
Never could understand the enjoyment of hooking up and then having to high step through the rocky edges trying to keep up while the fish tried to get back to the lake. Hollering 'coming down' all the way.
Got a little rock upstream from there that most always has a fish or two behind it and guys always seem to  walk right past it. Nice place to watch the fishermen waiting for the tail out upstream splashers to chase after and then look down at the big rock downstream runners too.
Not that I had never done those things myself early on but its neat to see now while trying to get one to hit by 'my rock'. Got there all alone one day late Aug or early Sept last year and the whales were hitting #8 black and blue flies for me right there in My place- no one else around and all were calm for a change.

That sir is a scurrilous lie.
I just looked and found my account gone after my lifetime banishment.
Of course when I requested it be removed earlier it couldn't be done.
When only banned for 2 years prior to that I remained listed as a member though.

Funny you mention it rt. I actually just got back today. It was an extra long weekend needless to say. I'll leave out thee details :) but regardless, it was good qualiity time spent with family. Certain circumstances kept me from swinging some streamers in the upper fly, but I had plenty of oppurtunities for large and small mouth throughout the region. I actually spotted a huge smallie down below the trestle but didn't have a rod.... figures..... but a great time was had overall; and even the boy caught one himself. The water did come down btw... way down to 185.... God bless the spring holes :) managed to get some work done as well.

For salmon crazy; don't really know anything about it
