Erie going international!

Thursday the 16th I was fishing next to three guys from Switzerland,they flew in specifically for the Erie Steelhead experience,plane ride cost was around $1000/man plus all the other expense.They hit it right,everyone that was there was into fish all day,plus a couple nice big Browns,all fish released.

    I love fishing for steelhead and all, but...1000$+ per man? I hope they took some good pictures..

    I understand that completely, but you think they would have at least kept some fish...

    Thank God I only spend 37 bucks to to fish here.

    $1000 US dollars is not what it used to be in the international market.  The dollar is way down. 
     
     Please don't take for granted in what we have for steelhead fishin'.

    changes in latitudes, changes in attitudes....nothing remains quite the same

    I hear other people speaking different languages. Whether or not from another country atleast their here to enjoy our fishing. Were luck to have such a great fishing place near us. Well for me its pretty close. Lets share it with people why not, they deserve especially if they are buying a license.
