Pricing Question

I was looking at a 1992 692 Ranger fisherman. It was in very good condition the boat was very well kept just one little scratch that could prob be buffed out other than that it still has its shine no water marks whatsoever. The inside the floor was very steardy no signs of rot it has a walk through windshield. carpeting and seats had no tears a little dirty from use but cld be cleaned. 2 batteries a 150 hp mariner and a 9.9 kicker with very minimal use on both and extremely clean. Everything is in good working order and it has a cover which has 2 minor holes that could be patched also it has a bimini top which is in decent condition. What is a fair price to offer I know its difficult to tell without seeing it but I was wondering what they retail for in this same condition? Some help is appriciated.

    I understand that I was looking for like an average or like what someone paid recently for a similar boat.

    assuming its an 18 footer it sounds like around $5k to me. just sayin'
