From what I have been reading from you guys the fly called the sucker spawner kinda looks like the spawn or eggs from suckers right?  I had a guy told me at the stream the other day that he was catching all his trout and steel two weeks ago on these cause the suckers were mating and the fish line up right behind the maters.

Hey hot????????; I think im right in saying that sucker spawn works great all season long for steel... in just about any color... and I think you're wrong with the spring spawn for suckers...btw, what was the point of your post??? In what way did it help anyone here???? Just saying ;)

I just had to post something strange. If you got to the heading, 16/20 mile, and hold the cursor over it the computer will convert it to Km like it was a fraction. In this case 1.2875km. Interesting.

Sucker spawn has absolutely nothing to do with suckers. "Sucker" = to fool / imitate "Spawn" = eggs. Not sure who told you the fly has anything to do with suckers in the creek but dey is wrong.

So the Suckers eggs don't look like this fly, with the poofs? The guys seemed like a know it all jerking my chain.  Then he said some foul stuff about a few guys fishing downstream.  I almost went off but like I said, I usually got my boy with me so I  didn't say much at all just kinda ya know shook my head in disbelief.

I think its time for some hard black and white evidence....:) I know someone here should be able to provide... I am pretty sure that suckers spawn as water temps begin to warm up in the spring.... but I could be wrong:) let's see some proof...
