Dutch forks

Me and several friends are going to fish the delayed harvest section of dutch forks tomorrow. I read were the delayed harvest area started and where it stopped on the fish commissions site, i found it quite confusing, it might be obvious when we get there, but as of now im lost.  IF you know the area and could help me out and give me better directions to where this part of the creek starts that would be awesome. If not thanks anyways, we will find out someway.
