Fished Kinzua creek a week after they were supposed to have stocked it, snow was about 8in deep no where to park, nymph fished about a 1/4 mile nothing. Saw 2 others throwing spinners nothing.

Wow, thats rough, I live down in Butler and my camps up near the East Branch Lake, thats incredible theres still that much snow, has it melted yet

There was 2-3 more inches of snow in town Wednesday and even more in the woods.
Most melted today but flow should be good in a few days or go **********************
SORRY-NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE ANY MORE INFO ABOUT ANYTHING IN Mckean Co
It is too beautiful of an area to have overrun with tourists.

FFO are on West Branch of Clarion has lots of overhanging trees to make it more challenging. DHALO on Kinzua Creek has fish all year round, you just have to catch 'em. Sorry, I only had info and nothing smart-azzed to say.

Creek between UPB and mutant beach has medium flow with stained but not muddy water.
It is fishable but a little less flow would be ideal.
It rained early this morning then changed to a light sprinkle, by 11 the weather had cleared but changed back to sprinkles.
Strong wind is a nuisance to say the least.

Speaking of tourists, first day was great up there. My buddie caught a 19 inch brookie and there was no one on the creek we fished. However it was sad to fine out that my favorite creek wasnt really stocked well this year I'm pretty P O-d

Ya Seven Mile stinks this year, and those campers blow. There was a really bad wreck yesterday down there. Ive been fishing the other streams. Believe it or not I love this weather. It keeps all the Noobs off the water

The project on Kinzua gets stocked again on 5/10/11. 7 mile on 5/04/11. In case your interested.

Its nice, catch and release if you go, then go back and catch them in fall, you'll get to see some of the prettiest fish you,ll ever see and some of the best fights ever
