Raystown this Weekend

Planning on getting out to Raystown this weekend to try my luck trolling for lakers around seven points.  Does anyone have any updates on the status of the ice cover on the lake or if the launches have been reopened?  I was also wondering what the season / size / and fish limits are for lake trout this time of year, I don't plan on keeping any fish but it's still nice to know the rules...  Thanks in advance!

    I launched from shy beaver last sunday and as far as i know there is no ice on the lake. we were getting temps from 46 to 51 on the surface.
