40' Alfa Gold 5th wheel Trailer

Nice Alfa trailer with the "Arctic Pack" heavier insulated...If interested, I have more details upon request...Just shoot me a PM. The trailer is located in Erie, PA on Elk Creek. Could move it or opt to stay at the camp which is excellent steelhead fishing and minutes away from both Walnut Marina and Conneaut Harbor. I'm asking $8,000 OBO. This is the Taj-Mahul of trailers. Recently made some upgrades such as installed a new electric water heater(12 gal), New MaxxAir vent covers, had whole roof cleaned and checked...everything works including propane furnace, washer/dryer and electric air conditioning/heating unit...Pics below....if you'd like the pictures individually for more detail, feel free to ask. Sorry, I took the pics with cell this past weekend and its a bit messy Has made me a great camp....I'm looking for a smaller unit I could haul around easier.     Looks like a "home away from home", are you not going to stay in one of the Erie parks anymore?

    I have every intention to have something up there bulldog....just looking for something a little newer and more mobile.
