Ice Free Lakes?

PI bay is wide open.  Is Edinboro, Tamarcak, Woodcock, Pyme or anywhere else open to get the boat wet yet?

Eyes, Tamarack Lake has open water 10ft./ 30ft. out from shore.
The handicapped pier is almost all under water.
From the looks of the extended weather forecast, I'd say it will be the first of April before you will able to fish there.

Woodcock's open w no dock yet. Wilhelm's open with docks in.
Like chuckles said, the 'racks not there yet, and high.
Edinboro, I'm guessing will be a couple weeks anyway.
Sugar's 1/2 open, but not thawed to the launch yet Saturday.
I haven't heard about pyme main lake...I'm all ears.

edinboro lake is 1/2 thawed & the finger's are thawed but muddy fished it in my caneo for 2hr this after noon i caught 1 6inch perch. & 1 4 inch blue gill but no crappie yet. it look's like the weed patches need to come up to the surface a little . crappies need cover. i would say a few more day's or possibly a week. i tryed fat head minnow's, maggot's off the bottom , jig & maggot's & yes no crappie's yet.

Pymy causeway is open and there have been boats out around it the last few days.  main lake still had ice on it as of 2 days ago, but with the rain and warmer temps this weekend it may be good.  I  will be driving past it today and will post this afternoon with an update.. if its not completely open yet then soon, then again they are calling for highs in the low 30's and lows in the 20's with snow the rest of the week

The worst day hunting or fishing will always be better then the best day at school or work!
