Spring Run...

How is the spring run so far this year? (I wonder if the run is in full effect, after all we have the water flow that I wanted back in October)

Anyone hitting the streams this coming weekend?

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.

But according to the Times today, the east side is red hot. Many
large steelhead being caught, with an 11 pounder caught at 7 mile.
You must be trying to keep them all to yourself. Or someone is trying to sell bait. I have no problem with that, but what about the folks spending 100 bucks for gas?

Smartfish? Giving up the pike and targetting carp, then?

A good friend of mine was out on the East side most of Tuesday and landed one fish.  This guy catches fish when most don't and when he says the fishing is slow, I believe him.
