OHIO STEELHEAD

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT STREAM OFF RT 90 IN OHIO WOULD PRODUCE THE WEEK OF 3/21. I REALIZE WEATHER AND STREAM CONDITIONS ARE A MAJOR FACTOR, BUT BASED ON PRIOR YRS. WHAT COULD BE GOOD? I USUALLY FISH ELK CREEK IN PA, BUT THE NUMBERS ARE GETTING WORSE EACH YR. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I AM LEANING TOWARD THE GRAND IF IT IS FISHABLE.

    The grand is the last thing fishable in Ohio. Usually rain comes again before it drops to what most consider prime.

    Guys, sorry i didn't get back with any of you. Fished a small trib. of the Grand and had 1 great day of fishing. Rain forced us home after all streams blew out. Thanks for any responses! Any opinions on the Rocky river? Does it stay blown out long?
