FOUND FLY ROD IN NOVEMBER 2010

Fished middle Elk below the sewage plant on Friday November 19th. Guy in the parking lot showed me a very large fresh male he was taking home. I found his fly rod 10 minutes after he left...

    stoneflyer posted the same message in November, apparently didn't get a response so he reposted to get it back out there.
    Marty was just pointing out that this wasn't stoneflyer's first attempt to get the flyrod back to the rightful owner.

    Found a sage in 09 at legion park after dark everybody had left the parking lot took it home and called area sports stores with location I found the rod left # did same Erie times lost found. Someone the fella knew saw the ad and the owner contacted me and identified it . Turned out he was a cop from Pittsburgh his son had left it on top of the truck cap.That,s how I found out about this web site. He told me he posted it here. Good ending. 09 out.
