In my extensive travels, I've seem many small rowers in yards for sale... Mostly in the 300 range, with trailer! - some even with motors. A pic would help too.

I'd also go with the $300-400 dollar range, though it may be quite a bit more if it has particularly deep sides allowing a higher weight rating. Check what the capacity plate has listed for weight. Higher is better IMO because a lot of the little puddle jumpers you see out there are about at their max rating with 2 mid-sized folks, let alone larger folks or gear. Check for the max HP rating for the transom also. Again, more is better so folks can drop on a 20hp to run around if they want, rather than having a boat that only is rated for a 6 or 10 hp. Also, better to advertise it in areas with 'electric only' or restricted HP water. More demand for that size boat in those areas to help keep the price up on it. I second the pic request of EM so more board members can chime in. I'm interested to see what other folks have been seeing in their areas.

I agree with most $300-400, maybe $500 if you find someone who really wants to get a boat

300 bucks is around norm with a trailer another 100 bucks but never seen one made of stainless that would get more at the scrap yard

its definetly stainless way to heavy for aluminum it weighs more than my 14ft alum thats why i was wondering its value more -less to nice of boat to scrap

I have a 14ft trailered alum boat and my family has a 14ft steel one docked at our cottage. The steel one rates for a 20hp motor and holds somewhere around 500-600lbs. My alum only rates for 400lbs and a 10hp motor. That'll play a big part in what you can get for it. If it doesn't have the capacity plate you can send for one from the commission. Idk the dimension equation for it, but it's somewhere on their website. Google it. I'd guess that without a motor or trailer you could get a few hundred for it. There's usually a buncha smaller boats on craigslist.com to compete with. You can check there for an idea too.

Some (but not all) stainless is magnetic
A lot of the thin sheets of stainless that came into the scrap yard i worked at were magnetic

Would like to see a pic as well. Can't imagine that it's stainless, but I've been wrong at least once before.  Low quality stainless is magnetic, just go into tractor supply with a magnet and check their stainless screws... Ulitmately it's worth what someone is willing to pay, advertise it for $500 and let it go for $300.

It could be very heavy gauge aluminum too. I had a mid-60's era Starcraft 12' boat that weighted close to 400 lbs. They built them heavier back then...wish I still had that boat....
