I bought a 2009 hoyt vantage elite last night.I think i got a good deal.It was a bow they didn't sell so it was on sale.I got the bow, sure loc sight with bracket and scope,a trophy taket rest and 6 x7 eclipse arrows for 850.00.I thought that was a pretty good price but not sure.

Sure loc 400 chllenger and a viper scoper with a 6x lens.I'm still debating on what stabilizer to get.The price he had on the sight was 189 and the scope was 124.99.I'm not sure what exact trophy taker drop away is on it.I would say it probably would cost 50 to 70.So i got about 400 in accesories not counting arrows that he said he would include.Good deal or not OA?

Chicken sounds like you have a nice setup there. Doesn't matter much now if it's a good deal or not. Sometimes your better off just concentrating on what makes you a better shooter and not worrying about if you spent too much money. You will know when you go to sell it if it helped you become a better shooter and if the enjoyment was worth the money. Good luck with your new bow and have fun ! Remember money isn't everything.

Yeah your right OA monet isn't everything.I put a 4x on my HHA sight i couldn't believe have much i move.I shot a 300 round in the yard today with my hunting setup.I ended up with 26 in the ten ring.I'll post pics of my new bow once it's complete. It has green strings on it right now i want to change it to a custom string black and silver to match the bow but got to see how much a stabilizer is going to cost

I used to shoot a scope along with an adjustable sight on my hunting rig for 3D's back in the day. A scope will certainly improve your accuracy.Only bad thing was glare outdoors sometimes.I love my HHA sight with adjustable rheostat. One thing I noticed its goes dark in a blind because light is less in blind then outside. I need to rig up a light to light it up at low light.I also wouldn't mind trying a lens in that scope as well. My vision is not what it used to be.
