Are you allowed to laminate the ones you buy online and print at home? I bought mine online in 2009 and it faded really bad, but I printed 3 off so I had extra's to make it through the season.

I went back to the yellow store bought in 2010 and 2011

psu, I laminate mine. Make sure to sign first and fold so your personal info is on one side and the year/stamp etc is on the other. When you trim it don't cut too close to the sealed edge or it will still be able to suck in water. Hope this helps. Lou

Print off a copy to a pdf file and print a paper copy anytime you want.

Yes, you can laminate the on-line licenses, you can not with store bought. Both licenses state that right on them.

What I did was laminate mine and trim, but I left about a half inch of good lamo on the top. Take a hole puncher and make two holes in the same spot as your regular license holder. Remove the pin and use it on the laminated copy. Now you have your license and holder all in one.

I usally use card stock on mine but still laminate them. If water gets inside your holder the ink will bleed.

on the pa fish and boat site you can go to the store tab and purchase a license and i believe you can have them mail you a regular one and use the printed one untill the yellow one comes in the mail.  i had to do this for my 17 yr old brother cause he doesnt have an id and walmart would not let him buy a license.  he recieved it in the mail like 8 days later but the paper copy you print out will work till then

I did it yesterday, bought my license and combo-stamps for $38 and change.   Wasn't especially difficult or memorable.  I just went to one of the major search engines and typed in "PA fishing license".     From there it was just a big blur.   You'll need to have two things handy, your drivers license # to prove which jagoff you are and that you live in PA.  (or your ss#) and then you must have a credit or debit card handy to pay for the transaction.    Of course it helps to be hooked up to a printer so you have a printed copy of your license.

Once you punch in a few pieces of data such as dob, name, drivers license # the system will pull up all of your data (address) from last year, even if you bought your license at a dealer last year.

Wish I could send you to the exact URL but I'm sure it's easy to find.   Even iffen ur not a computer person don't be afeared of it.

The paper copies you buy online is all you need. As mentioned, people should print out several copies in case you lose one. If not, and you lose your only license, you'll have to pay again for the extra stamps.

Kinda disappointed...this year there are no colors on the on-line version. Just plain B&W... Oh well, guess I will not be a stylish this year. :)
