button quail feathers

i am considering getting button quail this spring to keep in my green house area. does anyone know if their feathers are worth trying for flies?

    probably good for soft hackle and wet flies. legs/beards on nymphs.
    looks like the eye'd feathers would look good for streamerers.

    Ditto what DT says.... looks like some great soft hackle!!

    i was kinda thinkin that but i'm not a great fly tier and have little experience judging materials.
    buttons are supposed to be great at pest control and they're dirt cheap.
