Keystone power dam?

Anybody have any report on ice conditions?

    Eye, I haven't been on it or even passed it recently, but was told by a reliable source that it was still very low. In fact he said it was as low as he's ever seen in years. That surprises me since we had so much rain a few weeks ago. He said it's due to the new scrubbers they installed at the plant. They're having difficulty keeping up with an adequate supply of water for the cooling towers. I know there was a rumor that they might have to raise the dam to back up more water or even a pipeline to the river. Haven't heard any furthur news though. Lou

    Drove past earlier in the week and saw that someone was fishin out from the tubes
