Moraine cabin - Mt. Union Rd?

Anyone happen to know any info about the cabin / cabins for rent down the road from Rogers Rifle and Ammo on Mt. Union Rd? I saw the sign using the back exit through the North Shore. Anyone ever stay there, or know how many cabins or how many people they sleep? My cousin wants to make a trip out from York, but the state cabins are booked during that time, so I told him that I'd ask around about this one.

If anyone knows of any cabins or cottages within 10 or so miles of the lake or McConnells Mills, please let me know. Something with a kitchen and bathroom. I already sent him info on the Bear Run, Moraine Campland & Kozy.

    He's a bit of a trout nut, this might be more appealing to him than the state park ones.
