rechargable battery

i've got a old Eagle silent thirty depth finder by Lowrance, tried it for ice fishing today and it worked great the only trouble is using two 6 volt batteries didn't last very long, is there a rechargable 12 volt battery that will fit this unit? Where and how much if you know of any.....thanks in advance....

I have a couple rechargeable 12V's.  One for my portable depth finder, another for a trail camera.  The brands are Power Cell and Power One, but are pretty much the same thing.  I've also used 2x 6V's for the depth finder and they did fine.  In the long run, the rechargeable is cheaper though.  Will probably run $20-$25.

Try this link: http://www.batterygiant.com/ . I've gotten batteries for my flasher and aqua-view from them. There's a retail outlet in New Castle or you can order online.

If you want to keep using the 6 volts, go to wally mart and get two Moultrie 6v rechargeable.
