Can anyone give me a review on Under Armor I was considering buying a set but would like to know what other people think about this product.

I assume you mean the Cold Gear since it is now winter. I own 2 of the Cold Gear mock turtle necks and they will keep you warm. One thing, if you do not like it fitting skin tight consider buying it 1 or 2 sizes larger than you normally wear. I normally wear a large shirt but have 2X in the mocks. They still fit snug but not skin tight plus you gain a little length, IMHO they tend to be a little short. On a cold day all I usually wear is my Cold Gear, shirt over that, then my outer camo coat (which is a 2 in 1 and has a removable fleece liner). They do wick moisture from your skin which helps greatly in keeping you warm.

As far as the bottoms, I had a pair but did not like them. I prefer thinner long under wear and currently use the Gander Mountain silk weight style, not sure if they are still made.

I had a hard time getting used to the tight fit (it's supposed to be that way) but it does wick the moisture away and is warmer than anything else of the same weight. I would say it's worth the money. My grandson plays winter sports besides hunting and lives in the stuff.

I have UA cold gear, and it works great. I also have a set of Columbia Moisture wicking thermal baselayer. It just as good, but cheaper price.

I have UA cold gear and it is great.  As for the other stuff they make -- not so much.  I beleive this is a case of a company that had a great product -- long underwear -- that turned into a brand -- that now puts their logo on everything with the thought that some very lousy stuff (like the gloves my wife bought me and I returned with an hour) would be bought based ont he reputation of their original great product.

I would buy their long underwear again, but nothing else with the UA logo.

I have one of their cold gear tops, and it really does help. I bought it back in college for lacrosse, and its lasted 7 years so far just fine, so even if it is a little expensive, its not an every year purchase. A little tight and uncomfortable at times, but thats a pretty minor gripe.

IMO the nike version is much more comfortable.

The best i've found is Patagonia's capilene base layers.
