Here's your pics TJB. Fierce winds at the accesses. There was next to no one on the water. It gave me a chance to forage a dozen or so flies from trees hanging over holes without bothering anyone. Lotsa slush until the last few hours of daylight. It froze up my fly reel and line somethin terrible. Fishing for me wasn't so hot (patience, grasshoppa), but I finally explored enough of the west side to broaden my escapades. Drove around til 330am sunday night following Elk and Walnut, enjoying every bit of the snow. Let's ya feel like a rally car driver. A common point to be taken for some though. If you don't feel safe driving in the snow then, for everyone's sake, please don't. Lotsa people wrecked up on 79.

Cell phone pics. The last thing I need is to carry more electronics with me on trips like this.

I'd rather be fishin...

Be Careful, Corry was reporting 42" of snow already this morning.
We have gotten another 10" today....

I am getting tired of shoveling and snow blowing....    This is getting ridiculous.  I have heard that next week may be worse....

haha I wld be out, but my little car cant really get around in the snow very well, getting snow tires or all season tires this week tho, so I shld be out soon....

Anyone have any suggestions for a good all-season tire or snow tire? I wld rather get a good set of all-season tires, b/c I dont think I will have the little convertible much longer (little 98 cavalier convertible) and it doesn't make much sense to buy a set of snow tires for 1 season.

Snow? This ain't snow. This is Erie. Up here we call this partly cloudy.

Seriously though, the staying snow came earlier this year. It does look more like January outside.
