this video really doesn't make any sense to me unless I'm missing something because of bad editing. Are they tracking that deer's tracks or blood. Do they expect viewers to think that deer wounded or not just look the other way when someone is 10 yards from them? hmmmm?

Taken many with the bow- nothing as big as that one- congrats-
Yes- sometimes when hard hit and having bled out quite a bit they do just look at you and lay there when you approach quietly. I have had the impression they dont even realize your there at that point. Waiting  a while longer before the stalk might stop that- more likely to be finished when you arrive. WAIT or the next one may simply jump up and be gone- That blood trail can get VERY VERY skimpy on a flat out running deer that has laid up and coagulated a while. If you get a one lunger he can lay up and take quite a while to expire.
