FOUND - Creel on Elk at Conrail Tubes

I found a creel Tuesday morning with steelhead gear in it at the Elk on the south end of the right Contrail Tube while headed upstream.  It was wet and looked like it may have been lost upstream and someone fished it out.  There was no one around to claim it so I wanted to get the chance to return it to its owner.  If you think it is yours please contact me here by PM.
