Franklin County/Conococheague Creek

I was driving on the Turnpike last weekend and picked up a visitors guide for Franklin County, and there was quite a bit of promotion for the Conococheague Creek and a handful of other creeks. They also mentioned a few wild trout streams. Has anyone fished down that way?
