    Make a trip to Cape Cod every year for Stripers great time. Plenty of areas up there in the spring before the tourist season and can be caught buy boat or from shore.

    There are some relatively inexpensive charter boats that operate out of the east Shore of Md.

    How bout raystown lake not as close as the above post but you wouldn't need an out of state license
