Acorn Rage

Obvously putting it out now is condisered baiting if you plan to hunt the area, but my question is what about the acorn rage buck bomb? It is only a scent, same as doe urine, but it is purely a food scented lure, based on attracting deer based on food. I bet if you sprayed the stuff on vegitation or whatever deer would lick/eat it. I dont actually plan on using any reguardless but I was curious what folks think about the legality. Seems debatable if an officer would try and press the issue, probably also varies pgc officer to pgc officer...

See p17 of the digest.  Any food related scents are deemed illegal in PA for deer.
