Yough Dam Outflow

Anyone been there within the past week or so and do any good on trout or anything? The past 2 times i've gone I caught 3 fat rockbass and 1 nice bullhead cat but no trout... Although my girlfriend got the scare of a life time when a 16" brownie jumpped out of the water on the powerplant side not even 2 feet away from here. I'm heading there tomorrow going for trout but will have a bucket of shiners for some smallies/eyes maybe if i'm lucky. Any info would be greatly appriciated.

Really? They got snow down in confluence? How much. I was hoping to head down 381 to grab shiners and then down threw jersey hollow. /sigh I may not be detered... Weather.com says 0.0" of precip in the past 24 hours and possible 40% chance of snow showers.

I just edited my post, right now weather.com says 0.0" precip past 24 hours and tomorrow is 37 with a 40% snow shower chance and 24 at night which is dandy for me, snow doesn't bother me the morons who can't drive in it do.

Ya, I see monster brownies for (non erie) water breaking and comming up just never caught one and really want to. And then again i'll have shiners for bass and toothy critters. I'll fill in when I get home tomorrow.

Fished between the two bridges a couple weeks ago. 3 trout in a couple hours fishing. One nice 15 inch rainbow. Flow was at 450.
