    Hypothetically if it was bear season and he had killed it and tagged it, would it be baiting?

    And just what board did I get criticized on for approving of the law to allow folks with a permit to carry a handgun concealed to do so while archery hunting ???

    what was it now ?? ""why would anyone want to carry a handgun while archery hunting"" ???

    I'll bet this guy wishes he would have had one to scare off the bears in the first place when they tried to climb his tree.....

    I would not have killed them outright... but I sure would have tried to scare the you know what out of them before falling out of the tree trying to scare one away...
