Cell phone tower- good or bad for hunting?

Guys, I was asked by a cell phone company about puting a cell tower on my land. I already have a gravel road(2 gas wells) on it. How will this tower impact the wildlife? I use to hunt near an older tower in Lycoming Co. It took up about a half acre. It was pretty old though. The new towers look much smaller in size. Any advice would be helpful.

    If they pay like they used to it's a good deal. The footprint isn't very big and I've seen rubs and scrapes between the tower itself and the support lines in one area I hunt. Just make sure they treat the spot like you want and get it in writing. They are usually easy to get along with from what I've been told.

    Tell them OK if they toss a free cell phone in.

    Make them put a food plot on the ground that they clear for the tower.

    It's like anything else. Nature will adapt. And it will adapt faster with all the help you can give it by using your new found rental income to improve habitat.

    +1 to that but its a high tension tower neither do the turkey they eat the gravel under them
