You forgot to even mention the stream name.

Stopped for a few hrs yesterday with my brother and I bombed also.
Did watch a jerk with a spinning outfit catch one and held it out of the
water for 4 minutes before releasing it so it could sink to the bottom dead.
He had another guy taking pictures of it and as I walked by him I informed him
what he was doing was wrong. I told him he,s killing the fish for a glory shot.
He says he knew but they were making a commercial. He then catches another and procceeds
to keep this fish on for close to ten minutes to get a video. The dang thing was belly up.
Then takes another 5min. to take pixs.  What a couple of morons!
 
I did miss a few on a brown quill. Did see some small tan caddis but no luck with my offerings.
Noticed some sub surface attacks but I needed dt there to show me what the heck to use.lol

He would have flipped out if he saw those guys you spoke about.

I went to the fly shop today with my waders, rod, and a goofy idea to go fishing. The owener Bob gave me my spud bar of choice, so off I went and broke ice till there was a good open pool, and I was good and sweaty. Once all the ice was broken and I was fishing i got cold as he11. I had one take. It broke my line to line knot so if you catch a trout with 2 junk flies in it's face I want 'em back. Haha but that was all the action for me for today. I'm guessing this is the last time I'll get to fish before Xmas and it was a great time. I tried to take some pictures of the icy outdoors for you guys but my camera was dead. Hohoho and merry Christmas to all y'all

Merry Christmas to you too. We'll have to get together and take our fly rods for a walk again once the water turns liquid again. I've been stock pileing some secret weapons for shenango, and I'm not talking trout flies.

Mika, glad you actually said something to the idiot. Some folks just post on here how mad they were, but they don't take action. Hopefully you confronting him will make him think twice next time.
