Perch fishing

Perch fishing

Hope to do some perch fishing this weekend. I know there are no reports but do the perch normally go deep or shallow after getting there brains beat in?

    where are you fishing out of. do you need a perch partener for sun.? i need to get some more for the freezer before winter. i know how to catch them just no way to get to them.

    There's really no rhyme or reason to where they go after the lake kicks up for a while.
    You just have to get out there and find em. They will be moving to shallower water as the lake cools off. We've been having really good success the last several years in 40-50 fow off of the cribs in mid-late October...BIG fish and lots of them.
    I'm heading out Sat. morning and I'll post a report when I get in if I remember.
