Yough Water Levels

I was looking at the charts and saw the water was low. Too low for canoeing/floatfishing from Cedar Creek down?

    Just floated from Smithton to West Newton yesterday.  We drug bottom after the riffles at Cedar Creek, in fact, we got out and carried about 20-30 yards because it was low all the way across.  Other than that, no problems.  The fishing is REAL tough right now.
