Yough water conditions-Dawson-Layton

Hi everyone,
We're taking our 5th annual Hazelbakers canoe trip down the yough this saturday. I know it hasn't rained much. Can someone let me know what the wtaer conditions are like from Dawson to Layton? Am I gonna be draggin the canoe a bit?
Thanks in advance.

Still really low and no forecast of any real rain in the near future.  I'm floating down river of there today and expect to drag a few times.

thursdays rain might help you out some. my wife and i floated from smithton to west newton 2 weeks ago. we did do some dragging then. we also got hung up on a patio table which i'm sure it exposed by now. i would think that if you stay in the deeper channels you can still make the float but you will hit bottom just before and after cedar creek
