West Hickory area Allegheny River

Have not fished the area in over 15 years. Plan on this friday, saturday, sunday. Any suggestions for best areas Tidioute to West Hickory. Would love to hit a Musky or pike and would go prepared if worth concentrating on this time of year/this area. Best techniques for bass or walleye in area??? Any help greatly appreciated

    Green pumpkin tubes!

The river has been a little slow lately but they are still biting. There is a bass tournament out of Tidioute this Saturday so there will be quite a few fisherman on the water.

Fishin was really tough this weekend. At least Saturday was a nice day. First and second places had 16.31 and 16.40 lbs for 6 fish, third was 14+ lbs. Those are kinda low weights as it usually takes 18+ to win.
My partner and I had 11+ and were 7th. We won $50 so we covered our expenses for the day.
We had alot of fish nipping at the tube and not fully eating it. Same deal for alot of the anglers I spoke to.
It's still nice to spend the day on the river!
