You can try many of the smaller streams that dump in between you and Toledo. Try to avoid the bigger creeks that run wide, shallow and slow. They have more time to heat up and temps will make a big difference this time of year. Some fish even run on a small creek out on a penninsula in that area. I'd check with the local Ohio DNR for an up-to-date report.

DO NOT want to spot burn.... so please send me a PM!!!!!!! Thanks, Mike Slightly hypocritical eh? He didn't even mention any specific tribs... Only place I have fished in ohio is the chargrin but thats about 2 hrs from put in bay...

Your post was so ridiculous I was just looking back to see if you were friends with him and giving him a hard time...and I stumbled upon that, found it humorous, and quoted it... If you would like to search all my old posts and have nothing better to do with your time be my guest... He didn't send anyone anywhere, and no tribs were even mentioned...think about how many tribs exist between PA/OH border and put in bay, I really don't think his post will have any effect on angling pressure in OH. But keep up the numbers talk and being protective and people might start exploring OH...nice "spot burn"

I really don't think it will have any effect on angling pressure in Ny. either.

I felt the need to pipe in on? Isn't that the purpose of a forum? I'm confused on the point of your post, I wasn't defending spot burning at any point. I simply was telling the dude that being an **** wasn't going to get him any info..."Pipe in" on topic next time, thanks
