Float Fishing line...what brand are you using these days? I have alwaysed used Siglon F, and considering sticking with it. I have found a place out of Canada that carries the Siglon FF and have gave it some though....but at a stiff price of approx $20+shipping for a spool...I don;t know about that.

So whats your line of choice these days?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure where you live but the last time I was at the Gander Mt. in Washington Pa. they still had spools of the siglon f in their closeout bins. It was priced at $5 and they had the pink and orange colors still. Maybe give them a call?

I saw that siglon f at the gander mountain in wshington and the one in robinson had some...both places only had 15 lb test. I picked some up anyways to spool it for salmon. I herd that floating braid is pretty good but never tried it.

The Siglon has been good to me...FishErie has some still

Been experimenting with the Suffix Siege 12lb and it has done well so far for cats on the Allegheny.

Raven makes a float line that is also pretty good too http://tackle.fishusa.com/search?w=raven+line&p=Q&ts=custom

These are the lines that have worked well for me.

+1 on the Suffix Siege 12lb. Just coat the last 100' feet or so of line with some liquid/gel floatant. Floats as good if not better than Siglon and still has visibility.

I've been using cortland endurance for the past 2 seasons. I'm happy with it. I think if i had to switch up at this point i would go back to the one that brought me to the dance, Ande tournament. Cheap and strong as heck.
