Wool Head

Hey everyone
Trying to tie a gallup fly, the boogie man. Not sure how to tie in the rams wool for the collar and head. Do i wrap it around and try to spin it like deer hair, or lay it on the top of the hook like a wing? Any help is good help.

Thanks

Here is a link to a woolhead sculpin pattern.

Step by step instruction with pictures. Easily explains tying in the wool. Should be pretty much the same for the boogieman. You can also type "flytying with wool" and check out the various youtube videos. Hope this helps ya out!
