Yeah, single eggs like you said. Maybe some pheasant tails or an estaz egg if you tie those?

I really like that leach below the white ones. I second the single eggs.

    Bing--

That's a nice collection. someone will be very happy with it.

What is the smallest that you tie in a bunny leach? I am doing #10s now, but was not sure if I could get enough wraps with the strip any smaller.  As simple a pattern as this is I am new to it.

Bings, looking good as usual, I know you will be making someone happy. I would recommend a couple copper johns and PTs since they happen to be my personal top nymphs.

Beagler, nice tie, I have never tried tying any zonker patterns smaller than #12s. I prefer pine squirrel for its consistency, I use micro pine squirrel strips for my slumpbusters, bunny leeches, ect in sizes 8-12. If ya wanna get any smaller than a 12 I think you will have some tedious trimming on your part.

If you really wanted to go smaller, you could put the bunny strip into a dubbing loop, trim off the hide, and spin.  Then wrap forward.  I've not made bunny leeches this small, but it's a technique that works for patterns that call for a rabbit or arctic fox fur collar.

Nice flies Bings!   I ustacould tie a very small b/l by tapering the front of the hide (where you tie it on) and then letting it stream out wider at the back.   Sometimes (for the Juniata) I would put a stinger hook onto the back of the tail.

Yep. I used to tie dandruff flakes on #24s. Now I have to take my glasses OFF to tie on a #10 woolly bugger.
