Trout streams in Warren

Cannot believe how many trout streams are still holding nice trout. Most other years I find them all gone and in the allegeny river. nice to see the change.

    Very good bite going on in the Allegheny. I was up last week and one day I caught 29 between 6-9 inches but did manage two nice 18 inch rainbows and a couple around 13-14.

    tailwaters are always cold and they gota eat sometime !!!

    yes the river is great,but the local streams surprised me. I mean one hour 6 brook trout over 10inches. Normally i still ketch them till the beginning of June but now? things are definitily improving in the area.

    Pete I'm heading back up in a week or so. I will let you know when I get back how the bite was.
