G5 OR SLICKTRICKS

I shot my g5's yesterday not impressed at 40 yards hitting way low.I didn't have an adapter ring on my arrow i'm shooting st axis.I have had great luck with g5 but that was shooting an average speed bow.Are slicktricks good as they say or should i stick with the g5?I will have my new bow tuned and checked in early september to get a better idea on the g5's.

    If you bow is tuned and the G5s are the same weight as the points you normally practice with, you should be fine.

    Most broadheads today are of good enough quality that a shot where it is supposed to be will do the job as efficiently as possible.

    The main concern is how well they fly out of your set-up.  I shoot both Slicks and G5 and have had no issues with either.  I either did not fly well out of my setup I would not use them.
