Thompsons lake

I am going to Thompsons lake this weekend, it is near Albany.  Any one know how the fishing is and where the good spots are on it.  I usually fish the kinderhook and the St. Lawrence so this will be different for me.  The most lake fishing I do is on Lake Taconic.  So again any info on the lake will be nice.  I do have a camp site right on the lake if that helps any.
