    i'll try and answer your questions :
    first what makes you think it's a boys club (LOL) just busting......
    the fish are through out in dsr but i'll give you a starting point the rest is up to you.
    1. after getting your pass, take the trail straight behind the booth , walk down the stairs and straight ahead to the river
    look at the map on their website, this area is called the flats
    from there it's up to you but i'd suggest staying away from the holes such as the joss .
    2.if you stringer your limit of that being 1 trout (steelie or brown)
    or 3 salmon (either or) your done fishing
    your free to walk the property but not fish.
    please don't do the take it to car deal and head back to fishing, respect the limit.
    3. your free to come and go as you please but you must show your pass to return if you leave.

    also the parking opens at 5am and the line forms then
    tickets go on sale at 6am and after you buy your ticket you may head to the river
    (imo) there really is not a need to stand in line for an hour esp on a weekday
    the crowds are thinning out and the fishing is just getting GREAT

    good luck and please post a report on your experience.....

    thanks hot tuna......appreciate the info,  I usually don't take the salmon anyway just catch and release.. maybe a steelie or a brown would be nice.. just want the experience and enoyment of blowing out my arms and or reel LOL..  I'll take your advice and stay away from the Joss..  and be sure to post my experience when I return..

    jrb;
    I was just up there over columbus day weekend and would have to agree with hot tuna and stay away from the pools.  We fished the flats and had a great day with plenty of elbow room and more than enough fish.
