Raystown

Fished Raystown today, launched at Weavers Falls and headed north. We caught some small fish and marked a few on the fish finder. Has anyone else fished this section ? We did a bit of running and fished between mile markers 28 and 22. Thinking of fishing up the river next trip, any suggestions?

    What are you fishing for?  I fish the lake all the time for crappies.  I have done my best from shy beaver to James Creek.  Caught 23 crappies 14" and over this year.  Biggest being 15 1/2  and 2 lb 2 oz and all the others being 1 1/2 lb to 1 3/4 lb  also had 2 1lb 15 oz last Monday.  All caught on jigs.  I don't use fatheads.  Hope this helps.
