I wouldn't get your hopes up.  I was there over the weekend and it was pretty much fishless.  I supposed things can change but there is not much rain in the forcast.

dont know about this year. worst I ever seen.
fished burt today and never saw a fish caught, surface or anything. the piers have been about dead also .
a couple of the local veterans think the fish that were going to run have headed over to canadian rivers because they have better flow. all i know is there were lots of salmon caught off the piers  2weeks ago and now they are gone. ive never seen that happen.
oak orchard is basically the same as burt.

maybe i need to get a canadian license?

    Hey Frankensteel,

Do you really believe that fish that are compelled by some instinct to return to the area of their origin to spawn are going to suddenly, en masse, DECIDE to leave and swim across the lake (40+ miles by Burt?) to a similar flow from the north shore.  If so, the largest flow into the lake, not dependant on rain, is the Niagara, so they are probably all there.  But I think they are offshore waiting for flow and temperature, as cold blooded things usually do.  We'll see this week as both are supposed to arrive.
