making your own hotspot

has anyone ever sank brush/artificial structure? any tips on what to use and how to find it come fishin time?

    I fished with Bill Sedon at lake Wilhelm quite a few years ago over a huge pile of sunken christmas trees for crappies. We clobered them, and I havent had that good of crappie fishing since.

    On the PFBC website there are maps of artificial structures placed in lakes enrolled in the Adopt-a-Lake program are available. Structures include porcupine cribs, nesting structures, catfish boxes, rock rubble piles, etc. If I remember correctly, navigate to the habitat section, and then to Adopt-a-Lake. Let me know if that doesn't work, I'll find it for you.

    yup.. thats exactly what they are. I saw some at gander yesterday...

    i guess on the end of the string there is a clip that you can put your camera on too
