If ya don't mind B...a few people to thank... First and foremost....Thanks to you Deetz! Give a man a fish...he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish...he'll lose a crapload of your flies! Thanks for everything...your a helluva guy! PApinner...very kind of you to step aside and let me have your hole...repeatedly...thank you! Harry...the use of your rod was much appreciated! With the assistance of a few guys, I had the most fun fishing I've ever had.What a freekin' blast! My first landed fish on a flyrod...

He didnt want his pic taken and I muscled a shot of him, so if I were to post it Id need his permission to post his pic. I wont post anyone face on here if they dont want me to. Thats why its not posted. I didnt post Slickfish's either I sent the pic to him in a PM and he put it on himself. So if you want pappiners pic on here he is going to have to tell me its ok to do so or your gonna have to beg at him in order for me to do so. Just courtesy nuttin more. So, The pre-scouting has begun. I'll bet you guys have them all herded up in a nice little camouflaged pen on some side ditch waiting for next weekend! LOL! Mr. Slickfish! Congratulations! ! ! Will you need the use of a rig for the "One Fly"? I'll be bringing extra rigs (I hope).

Indy he might want to use something you have as I gave him my backup stuff for him to use. Slickfish might need to use a right hand reel as he struggled with my left hand reel today. Slick has always been bassackwards since I met him. drop him a Pm and see if he needs more than I can give him for the one fly.

dUuD......I literally worked for that fish. It ran my line under a log....then ripped downstream at a million miles an hour...took me into the backing. I RAN halfway into the hole...lifted the log....dunked the pole...and unwrapped my line....frantically stumbling down the creek at high speed after it......reelin and runnin....what a ridiculous sight I must have been. I don't care though....that's the most fun I've ever had fightin' a fish.

Deetz, I have my "old reliable" rod/reel combo. It is an ugly stick with an automatic reel on it! Just push de button and de line come in. This was my Go to combo for about 10 years. I still use the thing because it's soo easy! But now I am edgamatakated and I use custom made rods and expensive reels and handmade bamboo rods. But I don't catch that many more fish? ? ? I'll bring the "club" up with me for him. It's NEVER failed me. The spring on the reel acts like a drag and the take in is super quick.
