it's time

Well, steady morning and afternoon stragglers each day now.  looks like it's finally here.  goin up thursday night til saturday. i think it might be better the day before the water comes up. my father hooked 2 and landed a steelhead yesterday and hooked 5 and landed 2 today with only 2 hours effort each in the morning and afternoon in dsr.

Fished yesterday from ballpark down to staircase, seen some kings, no hookups, alot of changes throughout. New pockets, some of the others filled in, and a fenced off area at the firemens lot. You still have access there but what a pain in the ****. The fish we saw were chrome bright and moved like bullets!! Most fish are hanging out in DSR, the 750 flow should move them on however, I'll try it again Monday. Oh yeah, saw more ECO's than fish so watch out cast yankers.

Stress is just one hookset away from being gone.

Why warn those "cast yankers"?Let them pay a fine, maybe that'll deter them.

yeah the river is going to 750 on friday night for the kayakers (aren't they special) then going back down in the week. so hopefully the river rising gets the salmon running. but there are so many different reports going on throughout town about where the fish are, but i live in pulaski and when i start seeing them in the river i'll post it for you guys.

If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.

its not yours til its on the grill

Yuki I was just hoping they would'nt show up and screw up the water I'm fishing. Counted 10 ECO's in 5 minutes, all different.
