67 Acres in Southern Clarion County

We have a 67 acre farm in Toby Township Clarion County for sale. Wooded and some field, secluded. With all the posts on here about leasing and losing hunting area I thought I'd post it here. Property is roughly half way between Erie and Pittsburgh, has never been strip mined and has all mineral rights with it. Would be a perfect place for a hunting camp, or a nice place to live.     I hunt up there and grew up there for the most part. Where at in Toby township?. Thanks

    The property is located between Sligo and Rimersburg and would be a beautiful place for a group of hunters or a family. This property would qualify you for a land owner doe permit.
     
    I'll be listing this property with a realtor, so if you have serious interest pm me your name so I can exempt you from the realtor contract and save us both some money.
